The editor for theme photo books is opened on the "Welcome Page“.
Simply click on the tab "Theme Photo Books" and select the book you would like to create.
With a theme photo book you have the opportunity of selecting pre-designed layouts and pages. A few sample pages are already available in the software. These can be found by clicking on the tab “Content” in the selection menu.
This tab is only available in the theme photo book section.
For each theme you will find matching backgrounds, these are easily found by clicking on "Backgrounds" in the "Themes" selection list.
Theme photo books can be downloaded from the Internet and installed on your computer.
Open the tab “Content” in the selection menu. There you will find the button “Download more…“. By clicking on this button, you will be routed to the download page on the Internet.
The content is automatically installed during download.
Please repeat this process from time to time. New themes are constantly being added to the selection.
Apart from your telecommunication costs, downloads are free of charge.
We provide a selection of free theme photo books which can be created without a surcharge. For all other theme photo books, a small design surcharge will be added when you place your order. This surcharge is calculated according to the number of theme pages used throughout the theme photo book. If you have used 4 theme pages, the surcharge will be added 4 times.
The actual surcharge prices can be found in the price list and also in the order overview in the shopping basket.
The cover and page content/designs can be found by clicking on the "Content" tab in the selection menu. In some of the theme photo books, the layouts are pre-defined and cannot be altered. In others, you will be able to add text and images. You will also be able to alter the layout of the pages. In some cases the text on the page serves as an example and additional information will have to be added, or you will have to replace the entire text with your own.
Theme backgrounds can be found by clicking on the tab “Backgrounds” in the selection menu. You will be able to reduce the thumbnail previews of the backgrounds by clicking on the “Themes” tab in the selection menu.
The themed backgrounds will be shown and all other backgrounds will no longer be displayed.
We recommend setting the behaviour of the program when inserting photos into photo books to "Maintain frame size and crop around the edges of the image" in the "Editor" options.
Otherwise the layout frame could change its size and position when a photo is inserted and its position in the layout would be spoilt.
In all other respects, creating a theme photo book is exactly the same as creating a "normal" one.
